This article is for CONTENT OWNERS.

Audio is one of the many formats supported by Snapplify.

In order for your content to display correctly, you will need to ensure that the file requirements meet the required specifications.

The specifications and requirements for audio files are:

SpecificationRequirement
File formatMP3 file
File extension.mp3
File nameISBN.mp3 e.g. 9781234567890.mp3
DRMDRM should be set to false in the metadata for audio content

If your audiobook contains multiple chapters and multiple MP3 files, files should be named as follows:
ISBN_1.mp3 e.g. 9781234567890_1.mp3 for chapter 1
ISBN_2.mp3 e.g. 9781234567890_2.mp3 for chapter 2

Continue this way for as many chapters in the audiobook.
