To integrate Snapplify services with your platform, you’ll need an API (Application Programming Interfaces) key. API keys help secure access to our APIs by authenticating requests and linking them to your account.
The API key contains your personalised Client ID and Client Secret - credentials that authorize your application and define what it can access.
API keys are unique identifiers that:
Authenticate your application
Authorize access to specific Snapplify resources
Enable monitoring for traffic and usage
Prevent abuse via rate limiting
They are a foundational part of secure and efficient integrations. APIs provide a structured way for one application to access the capabilities or data of another application. Typically, this communication happens over the internet via an API server. A client application (such as a mobile app or web application) sends a request to the server, and after processing, the server returns a response to the client.
API keys are issued to verified Snapplify partners, developers, and institutions actively integrating our services.
