As the Hardcopy fulfillment Bookseller, you can easily view the customer institutions that are assigned to your price list. This helps you track which schools or organisations are ordering your titles.
How to View Customers
Log into Origin.
From the left-hand menu, select Price List.
Select the price list you want to view.
Scroll to the Customers section.
What You'll See
The Customers section shows:
Institution Name – The customer’s organisation.
Bookseller – The seller linked to the institution.
Territory – The region for sales.
Created Date – The created date of the Institution.
Only institutions that have been added to your price list will appear here.
Who Can Access This?
You need the Finance role to view this section in Origin.
