This article explains how to view detailed information about your product vouchers in Snapplify Origin. If you're not sure how to locate the correct voucher, start with Finding your product vouchers.
Key information you can view on a voucher
Within a voucher record, you can view:
- Voucher reference information
- Voucher code and label
- Voucher quantities.
- Voucher total price
- Voucher code type (Multi-code or Single-code voucher)
- Voucher creation date and time
- Voucher complimentary and complimentary type.
- Products linked to the voucher
- First and last names of users who redeemed the voucher
- Voucher activity history and notes
Accessing Voucher Information
Navigate to scs.snapplify.com and sign in.
Voucher List View
- Select "Marketplace" then "Vouchers" from the left-hand navigation in Origin.
- Use the tabs at the top to switch between Active, Inactive, and All vouchers
- You can switch between the tabs to Active, Inactive, or All vouchers.
In the voucher list view, each row includes:
- The voucher Code/Label.
- The voucher Code number.
- Reference.
- Total price.
- Voucher activation status - True/False.
- The voucher created date and time.
Viewing Voucher Details
Select a specific voucher from the list view by clicking on the voucher label. The label is indicated as "selectable" by the blue text.
The detailed view will show you:
- The voucher reference (your internal reference you chose to allocate to the voucher).
- The products associated with the voucher.
- Redeemed users (First and last names of users who redeemed the voucher).
- Activities & Notes.
To add a note, enter it under Activities and Notes section and select Save if you wish to record additional information. This will not affect any other records on the voucher.
Viewing Redeemed User Information:
The voucher detail page also displays the first and last names of users who have redeemed the voucher.
