1. Customer Payment Flow
When Snapplify Pay is enabled, your customers follow this flow:
Customer selects a product in your store.
You redirect them to the Snapplify Pay platform.
They choose a payment method and complete the transaction.
Snapplify redirects them back to your platform.
You verify the payment result via API.
This is the same experience used in Snapplify Engage and Snapplify Store. If you're not building a custom flow, refer to:
2. What if Snapplify Pay Is Disabled?
If Snapplify Pay is not available for your store or region:
Customers will be shown a message that payment options are not currently supported.
You may configure a custom fallback (such as a manual order or contact flow).
As a reference, some Snapplify partners like Teacha integrate Snapplify Pay into their own stores. You can use this as a model for implementation — not as a replacement for Pay.
