This article is for CONTENT OWNERS.

If you’ve already delivered your content to Snapplify and you need to make any changes to your content files, you can still do so.

You can update your content and metadata at any time.

Assets (ePUB and ePDF files), jacket images (JPG files), and metadata (XML and CSV files) must be uploaded to Snapplify via SFTP (Secure File Transfer Protocol).

 To update your content

  1. Upload the updated asset files (ePDF or ePUB) via SFTP.

When updating existing content ensure that the ISBN and file name is correct and is the same as the existing asset in our catalogue. Updating an existing asset with a new ISBN (new edition) requires the asset and associated metadata to be uploaded - Delivering your content to Snapplify

To update your jacket images

Jacket images can be supplied as separate images or as part of the asset files.

  1. If the jacket images are separate from the asset file, upload the updated jacket images (JPG files) via SFTP.

If you only need to make updates to your metadata (like a price or description change), this article explains how.
